- The apartment sector was once again the leading sector for commercial property investment in the month after being displaced in January due to entity-level sales in the retail sector. Retail was the number three sector in February behind industrial and apartment.
- Prices peaked in July of 2022 and have fallen a cumulative 12.2% to February of this year.
