Commercial Real estate trends are far from favorable. Deal volume slid in May, falling 37% from activity one year ago. The drop is on top of a 59% YOY drop registered in 2023. Pricing is holding up well, down 2.3% YOY.
Cap Rates continue to inch upward ever so slowly!
